| Terms and Conditions 1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund. 2. Should you wish to return your purchase under the above terms we will arrange for collection but the customer will have to pay the collection and return fee, which will not exceed £30. Alternatively you may wish to use your own courier but the product must be insured by said courier. 3. The returned product must be well packaged to prevent damage during transit. 4. All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and will take no longer than 30 days from agreement of return. 5. We must receive a clearly written letter or e-mail confirming you wish to return your item before the 14 day window expires. 6. Should any of our products be damaged when in transit to you, we will replace immediately or offer a full refund. 7. Any special orders – made to measure or bespoke – mattresses or toppers will not be covered by the above guarantee unless they are damaged upon receipt, in which case a replacement or full refund will be offered. « Back |
