Delivery Information

Our delivery methods vary depending on the type of product ordered. See below for details.

Mattresses and Mattress Toppers

Delivery is free for all our memory foam mattresses and mattress toppers. (UK Mainland only)

Our mattresses and mattress toppers are usually delivered within 7 days of the receipt of your order, but during busy periods it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your order. Our courier will ring you a few days before delivery to confirm that you will be in to receive the item, or alternatively to reschedule the delivery. If you have any questions regarding delivery then please feel free to contact us and we will gladly answer your questions.

Blankets, Duvets and Pillows

We offer free delivery on all orders over £25. For orders under £25 a standard delivery charge of £5 will apply.

All our blankets, duvets and pillows are dispatched by Royal Mail Parcel Post. These items typically take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered. Occassionally some items may be out of stock, if this is the case then we will contact you to inform you when new stock is due, and you can decide how to proceed.

Shipping Outside of the UK

We are able to ship our items outside of the UK Mainland. If you would like to have an order shipped to you overseas please contact us at sales@completecomfort.co.uk with the details of what you are interested in and we will provide a shipping quote and advise you on how to proceed with the order.
